Introducing, "For All The Roses"! The Michigan Wolverines are The Rose Bowl Champions!
This is a shot that has been at the TOP of my bucket list for the past 3 years. I saw a similar photo of the Rose Bowl with the B2 Bomber flying over and knew that somehow I had to capture that photo. During the last two years, I have been known for capturing flyover photos from big games to flying with the Coast Guard.
This year, the Michigan Football team had an incredible season and was chosen as the #1 seed, and they opted to play in the Rose Bowl, "The Granddaddy of them All"! Once I found out they were playing in LA, I began planning out my trip, booking a helicopter, purchasing my flight and lodging, and luckily, my brother was going to join me for the epic trip. He is an Air Force Veteran who was based in Los Angeles, knows the area, and was excited to show me around.
This photo not only represents the tradition of the Rose Bowl, the selflessness of those serving in the Air Force, but it also represents my dreams coming to reality as a photographer. Thanks for supporting me and my family, I really do appreciate it!!

About the Photo
THE GAME! What another incredible experience flying over 111,000 people at the biggest game of the year. I was honored to fly over the Navy and their Boeing P-8 Poseidon. I was able to speak with the pilots of this 737 a few days ago to coordinate their flyover details and everything went so smoothly. With just a split second of an opportunity to get a shot like this, my nerves were high, but my pilot, Leon, with My Flight Tours, did an incredible job! Go Blue! 〽️

"The Money Shot"

Introducing, "The MONEY Shot"!
This rival game shot of MSU vs. U of M (taken on 10-29-22) has been on my bucket list for quite some time. This is the 2nd night game in 114 years between these two teams.
Four hours before the game, I found out that the Coast Guard was doing the flyover, which is special because I had the opportunity to fly with the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City last week in their MH-60 Jayhawk.
You have no idea how hard this shot was to align. If you look closely at centerfield, the black shadow is the Coast Guard's MH-60 Jayhawk. I have dreamed of getting this shot, and seconds before I did, I thought I blew the opportunity. The wind shifted and pushed the helicopter so the landing skids covered up the middle of the field. At that moment, I made a quick decision to move my camera angle between the helicopter and the skids. I held the shutter down and prayed.
Seconds later, I scrolled through my camera to see what I captured and was ecstatic!!
I want to thank a good friend of mine for giving away my ticket to this huge game, which gave me the chance to scratch this off my bucket list! That's not a joke either!

Only a few left!
On October 29, 2022, I took one of the craziest photos I have ever taken. This photo quickly went viral and was shared by Pure Michigan, MLive, and even the President of the University of Michigan.
Not only is it an incredible photo of the Big House, but it also shows the Coast Guard doing a flyover during the pre-game in their MH-65 Dolphin helicopter. The helicopter was captured directly inside the Block M at the 50-yard line. This is why this photo is called. "The Money Shot".
I have never released a limited edition print series until now, which features the following Michigan Football players (one signature per print).

Each of these prints has a double matting (black on the inside, with white on the outside), and has a 1/4 inch foam board backing (for more thickness and durability), with a total size of 16x20 inches. Each print also comes with a 2-sided card showcasing a series of photos with the Coast Guard helicopter doing the flyover, as well as the story of how I was able to capture it from 3,200 feet above the Big House in a different helicopter.
There are only a few prints available for each player and each print is numbered.
